He received extensive training at prestigious Oxford University, UK in the field of Sexual Medicine. He is also a Diplomate in Clinical Sexology from American Board. Dr. Bala is also a Post-Doctoral Fellow in HIV Medicine. After finishing his medical schooling Dr.Bala worked for many highly acclaimed scientific bodies. Few of them were- World Health Organization, President Bill Clinton’s Foundation, UNICEF etc. For a short period Dr. Bala worked as a clinical associate with Dr. Ajit Saxena, Head of the Department, Andrology, Indraprastha Apollo, N.Delhi and with Dr. D. Narayana Reddy in the Dept of Sexual Medicine at Apollo Hospitals, Chennai and at Dega Institute, Chennai, India. Dr. Bala is presently working as a Consultant, Department of Sexual Medicine at Medwin Hospitals and Image Hospitals, Hyderabad, India.
