Our fully Automatic Batching Systems includes 2 nos of hoppers with load cell assembly with pneumatic actuated butterfly valves. It is provided with 2 nos of screw conveyors for cement and lime which are taken into hopper according to mix design. Main agitator mixer is having very high rpm for proper mixing of material in very short time. PLC based fully automated control panel is provided with this hardware to control the operation of steam temperature, quantity of water taken to mixer agitator, to control the operations of screw conveyors and slurry pump, hoppers and pneumatic actuators. This whole assembly can complete the whole batch in just 6 mins.
