Our cab can pick
you from any location in Delhi without any extra charges.
- 2.
Pick up from any
location like your house or your hotel, Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway Station, New
Delhi Railway Station or Delhi Domestic or International Airport or ISBT or any
other location within the city of Delhi.
- 3.
Dropping
facility available anywhere within the vicinity of Destination city like your
house or your hotel. So you save on local transport and hassles also
- 4.
NO Hidden
Charges. The charges mentioned above are inclusive of all toll taxes, state
taxes,Green Taxes and Driver charges etc.
- 5.
Only Parking
fees of the Airport/Railway Stations will be paid by you if the cab need to be
parked as per your preference.
- 6.
Our cab will
pick you from only one place and drop you at only one place. Extra Pick up and
drop points or any local usage of cab will be charged extra.
- 7.
Our cab will
wait for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes Rs 100 per hour will be charged as
waiting charges.
- 8.
This service is
available on First come first Serve basis and just by visiting our website you
are not entitled to any specific right.
- 9.
Normally we book
cabs for one day in advance. We do take short notice bookings by phone calls as
per the availability .
- 10 One Point Pickup and one point
drop if there are multiple pickups and multiple drops there will be Rs 300/-
extra charge per point. Will be applicable on case to case basis.
- 11 Charges Rs 500 for etios/dizer and Rs 500 innova /xylo/ will be extra if pick up from Gurgaon, Ghaziabad or Noida. .(Greater Nodia Rs 200/- more)
- 12 Usually we book taxi up to one day in advance.
- 13 In cash directly to the driver some amounts during the journey for toll /taxes and fuel. Balance payment should be clear to driver at the end of the trip
- If a
traveler cancels 24 hours prior the pick-up time, 10% of the booked amount
will be deducted.
- If a
traveler cancels within 24 hours prior the pick-up time, no refund.
- The
refunds will be made by online transfer to the customer's bank account. No
cash refund requests will be entertained.
- The amount will be refunded approximately within 7 business days.
Driver and Car Details
Driver and car details will be provided to the customer 2 hours before the time of travel by SMS on the mobile number provided. If customers do not receive the driver and car details ( sometimes it may happened due to some problems in the mobile networks) they can call at the office of RAMSAR Taxi Services and get the details by mentioning the reference number.
In case of NRI/Foreign customers not having Mobile number the driver will carry the placard if customer asks for, in that case parking fees will be extra and waiting charges of Rs 100 per hour will be charged.
