Army
Nursing Colleges and Armed Forces Hospitals in India have invited applications
from FEMALE CANDIDATES for Admission to 4 years B.Sc. (Nursing)
Course for the Year 2020. The selected candidates shall execute an
agreement/bond to serve in the Military Nursing Service.
On
successful completion of Nursing training (4 years), the candidates will be
granted Permanent/ Short Service Commission in the Military Nursing Service,
under the terms and conditions laid down for the grant of such commission.
During training, benefits like free ration, accommodation, uniform allowance
and monthly stipend will be provided to them as per the terms and conditions
amended from time to time.
Eligibility
Criteria:

Candidates who are Unmarried, Divorced, Legally Separated or Widow without
Encumbrances,

Age limit Should Between 01- Oct – 1995 to Sep 2003 (both days inclusive)

must be Indian Citizen and must have Passed Senior Secondary Examination (10+2)
with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany and Zoology) and English with not less
than 50% aggregate marks as a regular student from Statutory/ Recognized Board/

Fitness will be determined by Armed Forces Commission, X-Ray of Chest and USG
will be
done. Minimum Height required for the entry of the candidates in Armed Forces is
152cm. Gorkhas and candidates belonging to North Eastern region of India,
Garhwal and Kumaon will be accepted with a minimum height of 148cm.
Written
examination:
Eligible
applicants will be called for an objective type 90 minutes duration CBT likely
to be held in April 2020 test covering Biology, General English, Physics,
Chemistry and General Intelligence. As per merit on the basis of written test,
Candidates will be called for interview during May 2020. Final selection will
be based on combined merit of Online Computer Based Examination & Interview
and written test, subject to medical fitness. Nursing College Admissions will
be offered in accordance with the merit cum choice subject to vacancy in each
College.
